1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- The product is returned with original packaging, tags, and box
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used or worn footwear
- Products damaged due to improper use or handling
- Items purchased during clearance or sale (unless defective)
3. Exchange Policy
- Size or color exchanges are allowed (subject to availability).
- Customers must request an exchange within the return period.
- Shipping charges for exchanges may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the payment type.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after approval.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

7. Return Shipping

8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or via bank transfer, as applicable.
